Heartfelt Blooms | Sale-A-Bration

Hello and thanks for visiting today :)

Just a quick post today to share a Sympathy card I created using the free Sale-A-Bration stamp set Heartfelt Blooms (which is only available until 31st March). I've been meaning to crack open this set, but I just kept putting it off for some strange reason.

This card was inspired by a couple of creative challenges, this weeks Colour Inkspiration #29 colour challenge and the Freshly Made Sketches #329 sketch challenge.

Here is my card:

My card base is Crumb Cake and the card front is Very Vanilla with the flower image stamped in Crumb Cake ink.

The sentiment is stamped in Blushing Bride and to have some matching ribbon, I coloured some White ribbon using my Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker.

Beautiful Bouquet | Aussies Who Love Stampin' Up! | Colour Challenge #001

Hi and thanks for visiting :)

Today I am excited to share a new fortnightly challenge that is starting over on the Aussies Who Love Stampin' Up! Facebook Group.

Our first challenge #AWLSU001 is a colour challenge inspired by this gorgeous picture of a Sydney beach at sunrise. The challenge is to create a project using some or all of the below colours.

Myself and the other group admins will share our creations to start off each challenge and hopefully help kick-start and inspire your creativity.

I took the challenge to create something using ALL 7 colours and boy was it a challenge. My first idea was a BIG FAIL, but I put it aside and started with a different idea and here is what I created using the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set:
